she/her I came into this work open to alternative healing because I had energetic blocks manifesting as frequent physical & emotional discomfort.

Through this journey, I have unlocked a vast understanding of my soul’s blueprint and purpose.

I have been studying and practicing Reiki, crystal therapy, intuitive guidance, astrology and Past Life Regression since 2009.

I am an artist, musician, and a mom.

I have traveled extensively & I have a BA in Cultural Anthropology. 

I spent 25+ years in the fashion, art and music scenes in L.A. and Seattle, 17 of those as a footwear design director.

All of these experiences inform my approach to soul exploration, and I can’t wait to share these quantum healing tools with you!
